After a sold-out run in LA, Omen is bringing this fever-dream exploration of Poe’s The Tell Tale Heart back to New York City. Featuring music from the Clandestine Circle Quintet, Omen Kaine re-imagines the haunting story for our times, setting it in Boston during the Pandemic.

When heartbroken Bible Belt wife, Honey B. Dews loses everything, she and her book club decide to turn a former Strip Club into The Flirt Bar, where women can go and be flirted with. To pull it off, she has to team up with Raquel Ramone – the hard-singing, god-fearing, gay Greek chorus of a singer who comes with the place.

Proceeds supported Arts a La Carte and Pasadena’s Union Station Homeless Services Fire Relief.
Ten years after their infamous trip down the Mississippi River, formerly enslaved Jim and a grown-up Huckleberry Finn find themselves out West, setting out on a challenging journey to locate Jim’s lost family, encountering dangers, adventures, and surprising strangers, not the least of which is a young Samuel Clemens. Jim and Huck explores the power of writers, storytelling, and the lost and co-opted stories of history and America.
